THE STORY OF ST. VALENTINE'S DAY;
Once upon a time,
(I know, I'm going classic, right?)
There was a very kind man named St Valentine. Everybody loved him, but one day he got sent to prison. (Who knew such a good guy could go there?) But all the children sent him loving cards and food on his birthday, February 14. This was such a popular idea for giving love to one another, people all over adopted the idea, and to this day the tradition still stands of giving our loved ones cards and treats. ;) At least, that's what I heard. Even if it's not the original version, it's still cute right?
Ps. I'm pretty sure St Valentine got out of prison soon.
